Old Cheltenham office block given new lease of life
24 July 2018 by Katie Ciechorska
Oriel house in Cheltenham is now nearing completion. The five-storey office block has nearly transformed into 15 flats consisting of 14, 2-bedroom apartments and one 1-bedroom apartment. Each apartment has its own dedicated parking space as well as a large cycle store.
Due to the location of the building a lot of liaising with the surrounding properties, local authorities as well as communication providers had to be done in order to gain access to the property as well as not disrupting phone masts that were positioned on the site.
Site manager Kevin Davies said that “the build has been completed to the highest of standard and is fully representative of the quality of finish that Cheltenham now demands. It has transformed an old office block into 15 outstanding apartments which we are very pleased with.”
