Site manager Peter Newnes said that “we are very proud as to how this project has turned out and what makes it even better is that Her Royal Highness, Princess Anne was able to officially open Stuart Court. Strong communication skills with subcontractors and suppliers along with a close working relationship with the utility provider helped the project run smoothly”.
Stuart court in Minchinhampton is now complete, providing five luxury two bedroom houses and two apartments for the over 55’s.
Stuart Court will provide residents with luxurious contemporary living for its new residents alongside Cotswold stone walls, stone window surrounds, render panels and large glazed vaulted dorma roof.
Each unit boasts bespoke first floor balconies, stone fireplaces with incorporated fires and roof lights over the stair atriums. Final touches include underfloor heating, open plan steel vaulted ceilings, inter com and safety panic buttons as well as a future proof design for a lift should this be a requirement for future residents.
