Project: Four new detached homes

The project called for four two-storey detached houses located in the village of Easton, close to Wells in an area characterised by its Victorian style. Two houses comprise of three bedrooms and two houses comprise of four bedrooms making these ideal family homes. Easton is a small settlement that lies in the civil parish of St Cuthbert Out, in Mendip. The parish is named for the Church of St Cuthbert, Wells and was created in 1866.
Helm undertook construction of the properties the design of which is in keeping with the local character of the village. The stone facades and brick detailing compliment the surrounding buildings and the landscaped gardens merging with established, mature trees on the site.
